Reflect:
When you hear the words "radical hospitality," what comes to mind? What do you picture? How can you practice that this week?
We heard some stories about assumptions we all make about one another - about status, age, personalities, and life experiences. Think of a time when you learned one of those assumptions wasn't right. What happened? How do you see God drawing us together in overcoming those assumptions?
Mary Jo encouraged us to take the step to ask if we can sit by someone who is sitting alone. And think of someone you know who is alone, and invite them to have coffee - or to have a party!
How are you doing with complaining? Have you seen how it can be contagious and habit-forming?
Have you experienced FOSY (Fear of Saying Yes)? To what? What is making it difficult?
