Read: Psalm 139:7-10, John 10:10, 17:15-18, Galatians 2:20, Colossians 3:1-11

Reflect:

1. What has been the highlight of your summer?  

2. What comes to mind when you think of coming across something very important that makes you slow down?  Think of a time you really need to slow down to savor something fully.

3. Read Colossians 3:1-4.  What stood out most to you in these verses?

4. What has your experience been like when people talk about "the wrath of God?"  How would you define it?

5. What does it mean to "set your minds on things above?"  How does this shape how you practically live?

6. We heard the story of Kim in college encountering people who sought to care for her in thoughtful, practical ways.  What "small act of service" could you do this week in the same spirit?
