The Crossing Streaming Apps — Terms of Use
Effective date: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the streaming applications published by The Crossing ("we," "us," "our") for connected-TV and streaming-device platforms, including Roku, Apple TV, LG (webOS), Samsung (Tizen), Google TV / Android TV, and Amazon Fire TV — together, the "App." By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
The App is free. We provide the App at no cost. It doesn't require an account, a login, or any payment, and we don't sell anything through it. You're responsible for your own device and internet connection.
What you can do with the content. The App gives you access to messages, series, live services, and related video and images (the "Content"). The Content is owned by The Crossing or used by us with permission, and it's provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing.
Third-party platforms and services. The App runs on devices and stores operated by third parties (such as Roku, Apple, LG, Samsung, Google, and Amazon), and video may be delivered through third-party services (such as Vimeo or Resi). Your use of those devices and services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.
Acceptable use. Please use the App only for its intended purpose and in a lawful way. Don't attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or the systems behind it.
The App is provided "as is." We work to keep the App and its Content available and accurate, but we provide both "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the Content will always be current.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Crossing and its staff, volunteers, and representatives won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the App or its Content.
Changes. We may update, change, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. If we change these Terms, we'll post the updated version here, and continuing to use the App means you accept the update.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Privacy. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
